GSMC was created with the singular goal of enabling World Class Safety Cultures and Performance for our clients! We are a team of extremely dedicated and passionate Safety Professionals that have joined forces to educate, coach and mentor those clients that believe their employees are the most valuable asset to their organization. Today's workplace accounts for 20+ deaths every work day in the US. The construction industry alone accounts for 5 of those deaths (21%) but employs only 6% of the US workforce.

We are dedicated to help reverse the continuing tragic loss of life that the families of US workers endure year after year.
